Wir drei Erwachsene war zufrieden mit der Unterkunft: sauber, WC und Dusche neu, Zimmer mit Nebenzimmer für die dritte Person. Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig. Morgenessen sehr reichhaltig und grosszügig. Für einen Städteaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Angestellte eher zurückhaltend, unpersönlich.

We were very satisfied with the hotel and our junior suite - we only missed a small table in front of the sofa to put our things. The room, bathroom and toilett was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet very good and the service og high standard.
We have already recommended the Hotel Casa Marcello to our family and friends and we would like to stay there again, when we return to Prague some day.Positives
- Location in the Old Town close to most sights and shopping area
Negatives
- Many stairs and no elevator for people having problems with their legs og elderly

Just what we were looking for. Lovely and quiet hotel with class and unique touch. Our top floor (attic) room was actually bedroom, living room, bathroom and toilet. Cozy and clean with nice view over the roof tops of Old Town.
I can't comment on dining since we only ate breakfast at the hotel.
Services were quite enough for us (private sauna was a big plus). I understand some people may prefer more thorough services but we wanted to also explore the town instead of just staying at the hotel.Positives
- Location, atmosphere, helpful staff, sauna.
Negatives
- The complimentary wine offer at the hotel restaurant was only valid for the day of our arrival and we arrived too late to really want to eat anymore that day.
- Breakfast ended at 10am, an hour later would've suited us better. Of course, this was just our personal preference.
- Due to allergy I would've prefererred parquet floor to the carpeting in the room but fortunately it was not a problem.

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet location .But well placed for the main sights on foot.
Positives
- Excellent location just 5 minutes from the town square yet lovelly and peaceful
Negatives
- Finding it first time on foot was a little tricky

Rooms over priced.
Hotel 4 * more like 1*Our answer: Hotel was interested in feelings and closer comments of this guest to improve its services.
Positives
- breakfast **** 4 star
Negatives
- No Services, No Bar, No Dinners or evening meals
- Rooms small. Will not use them on my next business visit
