- The transfer driver is 100% profesional and speaks good english
- The only downside with everything is that if you do not arrange a transfer with the agency you have to go to the reception to pick up the key.

24 hours before date of arrival - the first night will be charge
On the day of arrival or NO SHOW 80% of whole stay amount.
Bigger groups (students, etc) or bookings over 50 000 CZK / 2000 EUR
20% deposit 6 weeks before date of arrival
from 20 to 11 days before arrival: 50% fee
from 10 to 5 days before arrival: 75% fee
from 4 to 0 days before arrival: 100% fee
the rest of amount 80% must be paid first week after date of arrival.
NEW YEAR - Cancelation policy:
14 days before date of arrival - free of charge
Less than 14 days ..... 100 % from whole stay amount
Deposit 50 % of whole stay amount to be transferred to our bank account in CZK or EUR
DEPOSITS: refundable on check out
KEY deposit 50 EUR / 1000 CZK for 1 - 5 keys
DAMAGE deposit more than 6 pers. in one apartment 150 EUR / 4000 CZK
