- appartement zag er verzorgd uit en was goed uitgerust
- buurtsuper om de hoek, dichtbij restaurants, cafes en openbaar vervoer
- op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden
- als je het als minpunt zou beschouwen: alle ramen zaten vrij hoog, waardoor er amper tot geen zicht was naar buiten maar voor een korter verblijf vonden wij dat niet echt een punt
