    Outstanding service and location. Rooms are simple but have all you need. Easy walk to everything. Great view of Charles Bridge and Kampa below. Quiet except when there are musicians playing outside, but that is part of the charm and they stop early. Good food and service in restaurant. Staff helpful with local directions and suggestions and overall assistance, especially Thomas and Daniel.

    • Fabulous location, good rooms

    Negatives

    • Lack of Tea/Coffee facilities in rooms despite requesting.
    • Restaurant/Bar closes very early, forcing you to go elsewhere after 10pm
    • Shower trays slope so much that I fell out the first time I used it,slipping on the bathmat that had no grip (lovely bruises)

    lovely hotel, beautiful and clean room, fresh breakfast, very convenient location, very helpful and friendly receptionists.

    Only ised breakfast, we haven't had any other meals there...

    We stayed at Hotel U Zlatych nuzek which we found to be an excellent location, clean with pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. The transfer from the airport was also very convenient and the driver exceptionally polite and helpful. We will certainly be recommending your organisation to others and thank you once again – in particular I would like to thank Dasa who made the reservation.

    Just a short email to say thank you for organising our trip to Prague which we made from the 20th – 23rd December. We stayed at Hotel U Zlatych nuzek which we found to be an excellent location, clean with pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. The transfer from the airport was also very convenient and the driver exceptionally polite and helpful.
