The first reference of the building dates back to 1383 and we can find there a beautiful example of gothic architecture in the restaurant, vaults and in most rooms. The building underwent a baroque reconstruction in the 18th century that can be observed from the outside view of the building.
The hotel offers comfortable accomodation in single, double and double lux rooms. The rooms were reconstructed in December 2004 and are equipped with stylish furniture which is sensitively composed into the gothic interior of the building. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with hair dryer and are equipped with satelite TV, internet access,mini bar (with one bottle of Coke and water-free of charge),direct-dial telephone and safety deposit box. The cooffe machine is situated in the hall (free of charge).
A reception desk and free internet corner are located in the basement and there is also a well-known restaurant U Suteru that is regulary visited by politicians and celebrities. You can choose from a wide variety of traditional Czech cuisine as well as of the international one.

We were very pleased with location , accomodation & food in the hotel . It has all of the old world charm & hospitality

Reception staff were very helpful and jolly.

Breakfast lady should smile -even once every morning !. Dining hours were from 7-10 am but clearing was always done by 9.45 . Only minor issue but should be taken as constructive critisism.
