There are 4 apartments in the house in total, one on each floor.

- 3 ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS No.1, 2 and 3:
Living room with kitchenette and dining area, 1 bedroom (2 persons on a double bed) and a bathroom. In 2 of these apartments (No. 1 and No. 3) there is possible to arrange sleeping facilities for 1-2 extra persons on a folding sofa.

Attic Apartment No. 4 is situated at 4 and 5 floor of the house, so that the backbone consists of 2 floors. Its total area is 60m2. There
is a spacious hall, large kitchen with dining room, living room (folding sofa for 2 persons) and
the 2nd bedroom floor (1 Double bed (can be split into 2 single beds) + 2 single beds). The modern bathroom features a bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and fully equipped with
appliances - has SAT TV, internet Wi-Fi, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer,
refrigerator, stove, kettle, toaster, iron, hair dryer. The price includes towels and linen.
