By the check-in there is required a credit card guarantee or deposit (200 EUR) for possible damage of the apartment or for the loss of keys. The deposit slip will be discarded or returned to the client after check-out, after the apartment will be checked by cleaning lady.
These modern apartments offer very economical accommodation in a perfect location in the center of the New Town, very close to The National Theatre and just few steps from popular Wenceslas Square as well, just 2 minutes of walk actually.

- 1x 1-Bedroom Apartment - for 6 people maximum, 60 m2, 1 bedroom (2 x double bed + 2 x single beds), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, safe), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), bathroom + toilette
- 1x 1-Bedroom Apartment Large - 80 m2, for 7 people max., 1 bedroom (2 x double bed + 3 x single beds), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, safe), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer), bathroom + toilette
- 4x 2-Bedroom Apartment - for 8 people max. each, 100 m2, 2 bedrooms (2 x double bed + 2 x single beds + others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, safe), bathroom + toilette, kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer)
- 1x 2-Bedroom Apartment with terrace - more luxurious, also 100 m2,
2 bedrooms (2 x double bed + 2 x single beds + others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, safe), bathroom + toilette, kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer)
- 3x 3-Bedroom Apartment - for 12 people max. each, 140 m2, 3 bedrooms (2x double bed + 2 x single beds + others on request), living room (sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, safe), 3 bathrooms (bathtub + shower corner, WC, sink), kitchen (electrical stove, fridge/freezer)
NOTICE:
As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!
In case, that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note, that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Holeckova 13, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions ( if requested ) will be stated in your final confirmation.
