Min.stay over New Year´s Eve is 3 nights + 50% prepayment in advance! If you cancel your reservation less than 1month prior to arrival: cancellation fee 50% of total cost will apply.

Check-in instructions:
In case you are coming by plane or train, we strongly recommend our transfer service. The reason is that there is no reception in the building and the driver(landlord) can check you in directly. If you are arriving by other means, it is necessary to know the exact time of your arrival at the apartment.
