Apartments Templova - 고객평가 및 의견

We were 2 couples who had a great time. Transfer service excellent, Flat warm & fab location, very clean, simply furnished but comfortable, soft towels & bedding included. Suggest a second sofa in lounge and mirrors in bedroom. Suggest some maps and Prague info, e.g. local restaurants serving late food, if you arrive late like we did...and we found great food. Would be calm, as not a very busy street, unfortunately building work on roof opposite started 8.30am very loud, we would have liked to have known so had the option of choosing elsewhere.

The apartment was comfortable and clean as always.
The transfer was not as good as usual. On the way in we had to stop at another apartment and get the keys. The employee at that apartment building didn't speak English very well. On the way back you forgot to pick us up. We had to call and then you sent a taxi. The man from the above-mentioned apartment building wrote down the wrong time for the pick (3:15 a.m. instead of 3:15 p.m.). We were therefore late getting to the airport.

We are very sorry answering so late, but my be better now than never. I (=Hans) promised my brother to answer but forgot your e-letter and enjoyed a wonderfull summer.
Surely it´s not too late to tell you that we still have only good memories from the visit in your interesting town. We will return as soon as...... Your service was extraordinary and trustful and the appartment we rent from you by Templova had an excellent placing for a tourist that will live near the oldest part of your town.
If/when we return to your town and your apartment, we would be glad to see some improvements:

1. Many more hooks in kitchen and bathrooms.
2. The curtains cutted in same lenghts and hanged up with more holders.
3. Some furnitures in the "lounge".
4. Writingtables in both rooms.
5. Mor hangers in the wardrobes.
6. Some pictures and paintings an the walls.

Even without these improvements we can think us to return...my be to see if this letter hade any influence. Thank you!

Apartments were very clean comfortable and SPACIOUS !!

Ideally situated with a superb restaurant downstairs(Fischer Restaurant).
