In case, that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note, that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Wenceslas Square no. 36, Prague 1. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are 6 bright newly renovated apartments available in Langhans Residence.

Apartments (C3, C4, C5, C6) 1x bedroom (double bed) and 1x living room/bedroom (double bed or 2x single bed). Available for 2-4 people.

Grand apartment (A3) 2x bedroom (double bed and 3x single bed), 1x living room/bedroom (double bed). Available for 2-7 people.

Due to large French windows the apartment offers a wonderful view of the Franciscan Gardens and of the beautiful historic church of St. Maria Snowy (the second largest church in Prague), visible also over night! Owing to this fact, the apartments are very quiet and singing birds are the only thing that you will hear.

Design of the interiors is really unique and special. The prestigious award “House of the year 2003” provides a good evidence for it.

Apartments are completely furnished and equipped with modern
furniture and facilities: TV/Satellite, CD, DVD cinema system, game deck PlayStation 2 (upon request only), high speed internet connection, video telephone, fridge,dishwasher, washing-machine, hairdryer, glass-ceramic cooker and hot steam oven, coffee machine, dishes for cooking, etc.

The house is situated in the city centre, Vodičkova Street,15 meters from Wenceslas Square. This allows to reach all the historical landmarks on foot, simply having a pleasant walk.

This location offers plenty of shopping centres, stylish restaurants, bars with splendid atmosphere, clubs, Internet coffee bars and multiplex cinemas where you can watch movies in English.

Whilst we did not have our original choice of apartment we were offered a spacious apartment which suited our needs. The apartment was great for us a family of 2 adults and three boys aged 17,17 and 14. The only downside to the apartment was the bathroom which was only accessed through our bedroom but it did have a jacuzzi!!The appliances were new and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We feel that the other two toilets in the apartment should have a shower in them as they are big enough to accommodate this.
The area around is not so great as Darling bar, Sexy Gogo nad Atlas cabaret share the same street however we did not have a problem with this after the guys trying to entice you in saw us on a regular basis as a family. Prague is a wonderful place and we would stay in the apartment again
