Lovely staff, pretty room, excellent location and pretty good breakfast. We had a lot of trouble with the shower and the staff were wonderful about it. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Hotel in a Great location - very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this Hotel. Walking distance to all of Okd City sites.

A simple yet comfortable hotel which could not be better placed as a centre from which to explore historic Prague. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was adequate. Very good value for money.

Perhaps too much too expect for the money, but it would have been good to have a kettle in the rooms to make a warming drink after a day spent walking in crisp November weather.

We had a great stay at U Cervene Zidle. The central location is fantastic and overall we felt it was a good value for the money. Generally the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was simple but filling and allowed us to get a jump start on our day. Overall I would (and have) recommend staying here to friends and family.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Red Chair pension in Prague. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very helpful.
The breakfast offered in the morning could be better.
Would like to see more fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.
I would highly recommend this hotel in the future.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du Pont Charles et de la Place de l'Hotel de Ville. L'accueil a été très agréable, la chambre et la salle de bains étaient propres et suffisamment grandes, avec un bon lit. Petit déjeuner quelconque, mais copieux.

En revanche, nous n'avons pas été satisfaits du service dans la chambre, car nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et notre chambre n'a été faite qu'une seule fois, le deuxième jour : un ménage très sommaire, un lit à peine refait avec les mêmes draps, et les mêmes serviettes de toilettes. Le troisième jour, nous avons informé à trois reprises la réception que notre chambre n'avait pas été faite, mais cela n'a rien changé et personne n'est venu jusqu'à notre départ dans la matinée du lendemain.

its a beautiful hotel and so close to everything ! attention is 1st class and prices are very reasonable.
