L'albergo era molto carino,pero siamo un rimasti male che si fumava nei luoghi in comune e poi si sentiva la puzza del fumo nella stanza.Poi la mattina presto si sentiva molto rumore, non era tanto bene isolato .
Per il resto ,andava bene.

The hotel was really great, it was perfect for the 3 of us with 2 separate sleeping areas. It was very well decorated, clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful (but some of them might smile a little more).
The breakfast was lovely.
I am a non-smoker and did smell cigarette smoke from the a room nearby which was unpleasant, but thankfully not constant. If possible it might be an idea to accommodate smokers on one floor only.
The taxi transfer was waiting at the airport as arranged and your company were very good at keeping me well informed via email.
Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay in Prague, it was just a little too short!

Very nicce rooms,though the street can be a bit noisy because it is so small, but I have never been to a 4star hotel without a breakfastarea. You willfind yourself on a minichair with ample space to drink your coffee, there is no kitchen, just a coffemachine, a table to pick up a plate and a piece of bread - very improvised and not at all tasty - very disappointing! A sham for the otherwise nice hotel.
