    excellent hotel, so quiet and peaceful, and top rate service. Felt totally at home and relaxed.
    Loved the heated floors and the large shower.
    Beds incredibly comfortable.
    For a hotel right in the centre it was really quiet and a great position.
    Came to Prague for a 40th birthday celebration for my husband.
    the unexpected champagne on arrival was a lovely touch.

    Positives

    • Excellent Location. Great Room & Very comfortable beds.
    • Staff very friendly. Taxi transfer v. good. Basement bar good fun.

    Negatives

    • 1) Bathroom beautiful, but leaking tap. Spoke with reception about it but still not fixed.
    • We wrapped a face towel around it to stop flooding. 2) Asked rec'n about where to buy
    • tram tickets. Would have been helpful if she mentioned that we needed to validate ticket on tram as we got a fine from ticket inspector.

    I WENT TO PRAGUE IN THE END OF JUNE 2004.THE HOTEL WAS BEYOND MY WILDEST DREAMS AND EXPECTATIONS.I HAD THE ONLY BALCONY IN THE CENTER OF THE OLD TOWN SQUARE AND THE ROOM ITSELF WAS SO PERFECT,THAT MY HUSBAND AND I,ALMOST DID NOT WANT TO GO OUT. CAN YOU IMAGINE?
    I'VE BEEN IN PRAGUE BEFORE IN A 5 STAR HOTEL,BUT OLD TOWN SQUARE HOTEL IS UNBEATABLE.FURTHER MORE THE PRICES ARE EXTREMELY REASOABLE FOR WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN.
