I reserved online the ALICE APARTMENT 2+1 by TRAVEL OFFICE “ATHOS” and had written very clearly in my mail that I come with my wife and 2,5 years old daughter.
The “apartment” was so small that it was difficult to live there for two adults and I don’t even<br />
mention a child.
I phoned the TRAVEL OFFICE “ATHOS” and they claimed they didn’t receive my information but of course I have printed the mail from them in which I had the confirmation of my reservation for 2+1. <br />

I decided to change the apartment and so I had to pay much more although not me but travel office and the pension were guilty. I had to pay over 100 EURO per day instead of 72 EURO.<br />

The price is not proper to the quality of the pension.<br />

When you pay for reservation with Credit card “VISA” you are charge to 2 % of provision.<br />

The pictures on internet are not real. <br />
The rooms seem to be large but they are very small and they show only the best rooms<br />

The parking place is not well guarded. Although I didn’t reserve the parking because I wanted to check it before leaving there my car the TRAVEL OFFICE “ATHOS” had reserved it without my knowledge and permission and so then I had to pay for it.<br />

Reception<br />
Cars are park in front of reception so you have a problem with moving comfortably inside the main hall. <br />

If I didn’t confirm my reservation with paying by credit card I would leave the apartment.<br />

Our answer: Dear Rafael,
regarding the above mentioned complaint we can stage, that the reservation was made and confirmed in a standard way according to the requirements stated in accommodation order.
Propably, there was a misunderstandment from client´s side about the apartment classification, when he has assumed, that ATHOS classification
2+1 means two rooms plus one kitchen and not two beds plus extra bed as it is mentioned. Mr. Walczak spoked to ATHOS Travel agent on the day of his arrival to clarify his misunderstanding and it was stated from her side, that there was no nate about his child ( for which he required extra room in the apartment ), but on the contrary Mr. Walczak wanted the parking spot. Parking spot is in the garage, which is used by abroad firms together and cars are keeping by camera´s system and the security service staffs for 24 hours every day.
For last klient´s commentary about no confirmation his reservation by according the dates to us of his credit card, he could be depart, we could show for reality that every klient is bind over by reservation only for cancellation fee in the amount of the first night.
