Please note that reception is open every day from 10AM to the 7PM. After the working hours of the reception desk will take care of you the Security service which will serve you in the case of your late check-in or early check-out.

Welcome to the Residence 3Domy Praha Karlin, situated near the city center. We have prepared accommodation in 48 comfortable fully furnished apartments with all the privacy and comfort you are accustomed to at home.

Part of each apartment has 1 or more bedrooms and a living room with comfortable sofa bed and fully equipped with kitchenettes.

Each apartment has a sunny balcony facing south, LCD TV with cable programs, and offer free WiFi Internet connection.

Start your day with breakfast in Olive Gastro restaurant and your energy for your Prague trip at the Wellness Center with swimming pool (17.5 m). And after a long day, come relax and enjoy a moment of peace in the sauna, whirlpool or SPA.

Whether you are in Prague for business, the Congress, as a tourist or for culture, Residence 3Domy this time will be your home. From us you will have anywhere close to both the beauty of Prague, an exhibition, concert or for business.

For your interests to get a beautiful walk, bike, tram or subway (station Křižíkova 50m). Our reception will take care of you every day from 10AM to the 7PM. After the working hours of the reception desk will take care of you our Security service which will serve you in the case of your late check-in or early check-out.

Reservations may be cancelled, free of charge, up to 48 hours before check-in time. For cancellations made after 48 hours before check-in time, the Client's credit card will be charged one night’s rate (as given in the confirmation letter).

For bookings that required the pre-authorization of credit cards, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation was made 48 hours before check-in time; for cancellations made after 48 hours before check-in time and/or in cases of no-show, the total amount of the reservation, minus one night's rate, will be refunded.

For group bookings (4 rooms and more) reservations may be cancelled, free of charge, up to 20 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made after 20 days before the check-in date, the Client's credit card will be charged a cancellation fee, as follows:

if the cancellation is made between 20 and 5 days before the check-in date, the Client will be charged 50% of the total amount;

if the cancellation is made at any time after the 5th day before the check-in date, the Client will be charged 100% of the total amount; for special deals or package deals the Service Provider has the right to set specific cancellation conditions; the Client will be told about these and the payment conditions at the same time.

The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize credit cards prior to arrival.
