    When arrived at 17:30 our room was not ready, they were still cleaning.
    And, we were booked into a wing with a student group from Italy and the noise did not subside till 4:00. When we complained in the morning we were told nothing they could do. We again complained to new staff in the afternoon at about 16:00 our room was changed and much better.
    Should have been done earlier and should never have been booked in a wing full of students

    We didn't eat at the hotel so I have no posibility to rate.

    • Wery helpful employees. Walking distanse to everything.
    • When we asked reseption for clean glasses they were very helpful.
    • Large rooms.

    Negatives

    • Very noisy outside at night. Did not sleep much.
    • The floor in the room were not cleaned and glasses were dirty.

    We just had a wonderful weekend at the Bologna Apartments. I cannot fault the place, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly - I will not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
