The apartment is on the second floor left side with an elevator. It is equipped with TV, DVD player, satellite ASTRA, radio CD, WiFi high speed internet, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and an ironing board and a safe.

20% deposit 6 weeks before date of arrival
from 20 to 11 days before arrival: 50% fee
from 10 to 5 days before arrival: 75% fee
from 4 to 0 days before arrival: 100% fee
the rest of amount 80% must be paid first week after date of arrival.
NEW YEAR - Cancelation policy:
14 days before date of arrival - free of charge
Less than 14 days ..... 100 % from whole stay amount
Deposit 50 % of whole stay amount to be transferred to our bank account in CZK or EUR
DEPOSITS: refundable on check out
KEY deposit 50 EUR / 1000 CZK for 1 - 5 keys
DAMAGE deposit more than 6 pers. in one apartment 150 EUR / 4000 CZK
