The history of The House At the Charles Bridge began already during the 15th century, when one of the first beers in Prague was brewed and when the routes of people living in Prague as well as those living far away were crossed in the local but very famous brewery. The house, which consisted of two separate buildings, was after the floods in summer 2002 completely renovated and today is a protected historical monument. It offers very comfortable accommodation in cosy rooms, some with view to river and Charles Bridge.
Excellent Czech restaurant and pub with a remarkable interior and notable cuisine is a part of the house.

I have marked everything as 100% to reflect what was probably the best holiday experience we have ever had. I would also like to compliment A-Prague.com on their service provided to us and the friends we travelled with Mr & Mrs Hughes. We contacted them several times and changed the room booking and taxi arrangements by email and the response and service we got was the best I have ever received from any accomodation service or travel agent in 30 years of travelling abroad.
