Krasny novy hotel. Moc se nam tam libilo. Pri odjezdu nas potkalo nemile prekvapeni. Na pokoji se z reproduktoru ozvalo, "Pozar, opustte okamzite hotelu". Dupot na chodbe a politavajici remeslnici, to cele vyvolalo dojem, ze opravdu hori. Za doprovodu velmi silneho alarmu jsme se odhlasili.
Bylo to hodne neprijemny a dlouhy. Ale pevne verim, ze to byla jen technicka chyba a ze priste az tam pojedeme, tak to bude lepsi. Jinak maximalni spokojenost.

Cancellation / change of a booking one day before arrival without cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation that shall be made after this time-limit or in case of non-arrival the first night of ordered Accommodation service not having been used will be charge.

Minimum length of stay in these days (over the night 31.12.) is 3 nights. Silvester Gala programme is obligatory for the accommodated guests.

All bookings during New Year's Eve period 29.12.2011 - 1.1.2012 and 29.12.2012 – 1.1.2013 must be fully pre-paid when reservation is made, free cancellation and money refund will be still available for all cancellations 30 days prior arrival day. In case of latest cancellation will be charge the first night of the stay.
