NOTICE:
As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver.

In case, that you don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please let us know the approximate time of your arrival and please call us AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before your arrival to the apartment (or send us an SMS). The manager of the apartments will meet you directly in front of the apartment to check you in.

If you arrive later than 7 PM, the keys will be in the Restaurant Sklep (Seifertova 53, Prague 3). To settle the payment, the apartment staff will come to your apartment on second day at 10.00 o´clock am. In case you would like to pay with credit card, please let us know in advance!

The restaurant is open until 11 PM! In case of a later arrival, please let us know in advance. After 11PM the apartment manager charges 500 CZK late check-in fee.

There are 2 apartments in the building.
One-bedroom apartment:
There is 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, living room with possibility of 2 extra beds, separate bathroom with jaquzzi bath, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a couple but also suitable for 4 persons. 2nd floor in a building with elevator.

Two-bedroom apartment:
This apartment is after a complete reconstruction which was finisted in April.
2 big bedrooms + 1 big kitchen + 1 bathroom with bath + 1 toilet
2 bedroom apartment with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Between the seperate bedrooms there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with a pull out sofa so the apartment is perfectly comfortable for 8 persons. Bathroom with bath. Seperate toilette. TV, wasching machine, hairdyer,iron board and fully eqiupped kitchen.
Located on 3rd floor with elevator.

In case you are coming by plane or train, we strongly recommend our transfer service. The reason is that there is no reception in the building.

Met at airport by Milano our very friendly driver which got our holiday off to a great start. The apartments are lovely and clean and again our welcome by the owner was very friendly and much appreciated. The apartments are very well located close to the Old Town Square and lots of attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Prague and I hope it won't be too long before we are back.
