Évaluation et remarques des visiteurs

とても広くてグループ向きのアパートでした。しかしエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運んだり行き来が大変なので長期滞在者向けであると感じました。立地もトラムの駅や地下鉄の駅から少し離れていました。
チェックインの際に受付で部屋の鍵と部屋に関する説明の紙を受け取りました。その通りに部屋へ向かいましたが、受付から徒歩5分のアパートにも関わらず、入室するのに１時間かかりました。
理由１：エレベーターが無かったので５階まで荷物を上げるのに時間がかかった。
理由２：部屋は５階としてあったが、５階には二つの扉があった。どちらもネームプレートが無くて、どっちの部屋か分からなかった。
理由３：扉の鍵の開け方が分からなかった。鍵を回すのに女性ではかなり力がいる扉であった為、片手では開けることができなかった。
理由３で困り、受付に戻り扉の開け方の説明を聞き、一度戻って再トライしそれでも開かなかったので再度受付に戻りました。最終的に受付の方の同伴のもと鍵を開けていただくことができ部屋の中に入ることができました。
スタッフの方にはとても親切にしていただきました。感謝しています。
グループ旅行で長期の際は滞在したいアパートです。
