By the check-in there is required a credit card guarantee or deposit (200 EUR) for possible damage of the apartment or for the loss of keys. The deposit slip will be discarded or returned to the client after check-out, after the apartment will be checked by cleaning lady.

There are 17 apartments in the building (6x One-bedroom apartment, 1x One-bedroom large, 1x Two-bedroom apartment, 1x Two-bedroom large and 8x Three-bedroom apartment).

One-bedroom apartment (50 m2)

One-bedroom large (75 m2)

Two-bedroom (100 m2)

NOTICE:

As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver. If going by train, please wait for the driver on the platform where you arrive!

In case,  that you for any reasons don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please note,  that you can collect the keys at main office of the apartments at : Holeckova 13, Prague 5. The main office of the apartments is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. More info and directions ( if requested ) will be stated in your final confirmation.

Special Payment and Cancellation conditions for "Advance booking" rooms:
Deposit: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Cancellation: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is not refundable.
