By the check-in there is required a deposit (50 EUR /1500 CZK) for possible loss of keys. The deposit will be returned to the client after check-out.

Dlouha Apartments are situated in the very heart of Prague`s downtown. Since it is in the downtown, all the major historical objects and sights are within walking distance, e.g. The Old Town Square (1 min.), Wenceslas Square (2 mins.), Jewish cemetery (1 min.) If you prefer rather shopping to sightseeing, there are several shopping malls nearby. There are 2 Metro stations close by (Namesti Republiky - line B and Staromestska - line A)

Payment upon arrival at the reception in cash (EUR, Czech crowns - CZK)

72 hours before date of arrival - free of charge
24 hours before date of arrival - the first night will be charge
On the day of arrival or NO SHOW 80% of whole stay amount.
Bigger groups (students, etc) or bookings over 50 000 CZK / 2000 EUR
20% deposit 6 weeks before date of arrival
from 20 to 11 days before arrival: 50% fee
from 10 to 5 days before arrival: 75% fee
from 4 to 0 days before arrival: 100% fee
the rest of amount 80% must be paid first week after date of arrival.
NEW YEAR - Cancelation policy:
14 days before date of arrival - free of charge
Less than 14 days ..... 100 % from whole stay amount
Deposit 50 % of whole stay amount to be transferred to our bank account in CZK or EUR
DEPOSITS: refundable on check out
KEY deposit 50 EUR / 1000 CZK for 1 - 5 keys
DAMAGE deposit more than 6 pers. in one apartment 150 EUR / 4000 CZK
BOOKING DEPOSIT:
Bookings over 50 000 CZK / 2000 EUR ..... 20%
