    Staff really freindly, You are greeted with a welcome drink and given loads of information. Really enjoyed our stay. Would go back to the Savic anytime.

    • Been to Prague many times, all good, But this was fantastic.
    • Very central, 2mins from Old Town Square.
    • Fantastic choice at breakfast

    Really a lovely hotel in all aspects. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

    Positives

    • Perfect location - very central yet very quiet; warm & helpful staff; spacious and comfortable rooms, nicely appointed and tastefully decorated; sumptuous breakfast.

    Negatives

    • Housekeeping could be improved, and full set of towels daily (instead of occasionally) would be appreciated.

    What a wonderful location in the Old City. I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to get around from that point. We arrived late in the evening and were given a welcome drink of sparkling wine. The gentleman who was working the reception the night we arrived was extremely helpful and from all of the information that he gave us plus a map of the city, we did not have to ask for any directions on going to any of the sites we went to. He was also great with info on taking the tram to the castle. Very specific in his details and it was greatly appreciated.

    Positives

    • Location! Only a short walk to the astonomical clock and then from there it was easy to navigate around the city. The buffet breakfast was not what I had expected. It had a great selection of food which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I already have. I definitely will stay at this hotel again due to the location and the cost wasn't bad at all. Plus we did have a chance to eat at the restaurant on our last day before flying out and was not disappointed at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have done it without all the information given to us.

    Negatives

    • not realy a minus but every other day, we would not get the full set of towels but because we are so used to travelling and staying in different places that we made do with what was given to us on the day.
