הבעייה היחידה היתה עם תעריף ללילה
כאשר ביקשתי הצעה לתאריכים בהם אני מעוניין להגיע קיבלתי הצעה לפי 73 אירו ללילה לזוג. כאשר קיבלתי את האישור מאטוס עם מספר האישור המחיר הסופי היה 95 אירו!!!לא היה לי עם מי לברר עניין זה ואשמח אם תתיחסו לכך בתשובה אלי. מעבר לכך אני רק יכול להגיד שזה מלון 3 כוכבים הטוב ביותר שהתארחתי בו (ואני מתארח הרבה בבתי מלון מסוג זה) כאמור...אודה לכם באם תתיחסו לעניין תעריף ללילה שנאלצתי לשלם.כמו כן תודה על ההזדמנות שנתתם לי על מנת להגיב על הביקור במלון שופין
