Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Hotelli oli sopiva ja lähellä keskusta , palvelu hyvä ja
ystävällistä.

MUTTA : WeB sivusto ja hotellissa kerrottiin että on
käytössä korttit sekä että heillä on WIFI ,mutta kumpakaan
ei ollut ja lähdösssä oli tulla ongelmia kuin luottokortti ei kelvannut , mistä saadaan rahaa yhtäkkiä ja minkälaisia
ehdotuksia ei kelvannut vain rahaa,senlisäksi ottivat liika
verrattuna meidän sopimus sopimus oli 220,00 EUR mutta
heidän rahoissa ottivat 5830 .

Very nice hotel with many positive items listed below.

We experienced huge problems with car parking.
There was clear information about car parking available on Hotel internet home page.
After arriving we learnt it was not true.
The reception clerk (the man who was working on April 27th 7pm) wrongly informed us about the rules of car parking on the city streets. We have left the car on the street parking place close to the hotel, and went to the dinner. After we came back to the Hotel, we found that the car was removed to the City Police parking, due to its parking discordantly with the regulations. We felt misguided by the hotel staff.
Finally we have lost time and money, and our staying at Prague was not so pleasant, it could be.
We will inform about this inconvenience all our friends, who are going to visit Prague.

Our answer: We are very sorry for the troubles that Mr. Dariusz experienced in the hotel Tchaikovsky a forwarded his feedback to the hotel manager asking for his statement.
The response from the hotel manager, Mr. Gleich:

Dear Business Partner,

Upon recieving your e-mail, I personally checked the complaint of Mr Dariusz. First of all, I would like to say that we all regret what happened to the client. However, the receptionist who was on duty upon guest´s check-in, explained the parking possibilities to the guest in detail and he informed him that it´s NOT recommended to park in the „blue“ zone without valid parking card. Despite this recommendation, the guest parked in the blue area and his car was removed by police. Our staff was properly trained how to inform guests about parking possibilities, therefore I guarantee that Mr Dariusz was not misguided by the receptionist.

Regarding our hotel website, there is absolutely no information about parking (as Mr Dariusz claims) and in case parking is mentioned on any other website, it means underground garage which was also offered to Mr Dariusz.

Velmi klidný příjemný hotel v centru prahy

Large clean rooms...nonsmoking rooms truly smoke free.
Best breakfast we have ever seen in a smaller hotel - you won't go hungry here! If you are willing to walk, and like to walk, this is a great location...about 1/2 mile from Wenceslas Square, 1 mile from old town, 2 miles from castle...and of course, near metro's & trams for those who prefer. Good local restaurant around the corner, other good places all within 1/2 - 1 mile.

Good location. V good room. No coffee facilitoes in room. Safe not working. Will stay again.

Overall we were very pleased. The location is about 6 blocks from a metro stop and about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. Very good value.

This is not just a hotel for hen and stags, I have stopped in many good 4 and 5 star hotels, you will not be unhappy with this hotel. Book the transfer from the airport good value and driver was great, like a tour guide.If you go to the castle you must go to Cowboys steaks and cocktails very cool bar

The room in this new or newly renovated hotel was spacious, clean and overall comfortable. We had a top floor room so the outside wall of the room was constricted by the angle of the roof line. I would opt for a lower floor. There was a safe and refrigerator provided which we found very convenient. The bathroom had a tub and shower nozzle but was lacking a shower curtain so showering was precarious. Breakfast was very good providing fruit, dairy, meats and a variety of breads. The location was a ten minute walk to old town but several trams were available within a one minute walk and an underground stop was a two minute walk. The tram stopped in the Casle Quarter across the river and the underground was two stops from old town.

s pobytem i se všemi službami jsme byly moc spokojené. Vše proběhlo na jedničku. Věřím, že budou-li Vaše služby i nadále takové jakých se dostálo nám, tak budete mít jen nadmíru spokojené klienty.

Very nice, we enjoyed our stay and service. Their was no food service but breakfast but it was very good.
