In total your part of our trip was good. Taxi driver at airport, on time, polite, with conversation to hotel. Hotel checks us in (even early) and is kind with help and answers during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to others

Junior suite was not available on arrival. Had to move on our second day. Reservation clerk did not apologize for her mistake. Everyone else at hotel was very nice. I was not happy with how the hotel handled their mistake.

Very nice hotel, good location, good value on the special price :-)

I stayed at Elite hotel during my visit to Prague and ws very impressed by the feel of the place and service of staff , I will certainly book to stay here agin on my next visit.
