Please note, a surcharge 10% will apply for stays for only one night. On holidays the rate stated below is for the whole apartment regardless number of persons accommodated!!

NOTICE:
As there is no reception in the apartments, we strongly recommend to use our inexpensive transfer service - keys will be delivered to you by our driver.

In case, that you don't wish us to arrange transfer to the apartments, please let us know the approximate time of your arrival and please call us AT LEAST 30 MINUTES before your arrival to the apartment (or send us an SMS). The manager of the apartments will meet you directly in front of the apartment to check you in.

If you arrive later than 7 PM, the keys will be in the Restaurant Sklep (Seifertova 53, Prague 3). To settle the payment, the apartment staff will come to your apartment on second day at 10.00 o´clock am. In case you would like to pay with credit card, please let us know in advance!

The restaurant is open until 11 PM! In case of a later arrival, please let us know in advance. After 11PM the apartment manager charges 500 CZK late check-in fee

This apartment is comfortable for 2-3 travellers, with one bedroom (2 twin beds and a pull out sofa), with cable TV, modern bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer and seperated, fully equipped kitchenette with all basic-cooking amenities and coffee maker.
Even though it is near the rush of Wenceslas Square, you will not notice any of the noise from the busy streets outside as the apartment is in the back of the building.
