By the check-in there is required a deposit (50 EUR /1500 CZK) for possible loss of keys. DAMAGE deposit for 6 and more pers. in one apartment is 150 EUR / 4000 CZK. The deposit will be returned to the client after check-out.

There are 4 large apartments in the building, so you can connect them for large groups with maximum capacity 45 persons.

5 - 6 ROOMS apartments are(150 - 160 m2 / 1611 - 1718 ft2, with 3 - 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 - 2 bathrooms. Each max for 12 persons. Apartments are suitable for bigger groups or students for short or extended stays. They blends homely comforts such as fully equipped kitchen, entertainment centre, bedding and work area (free WiFi), with attention and services of a 3 star hotel.

Bed Linen and Towels included.

DLOUHA APARTMENTS are located in historical building 100 meters from the OLD TOWN SQUARE, where you can find fabulous Astronomical clock from the 15th century. The square is filled with Restaurants, Cafes, Shops and Galleries. If you prefer shopping to sight-seeing there are several Shopping Centers nearby.

Airport: by public transport bus 119 to underground Metro Dejvicka, line "A" go to station Staromestska exit Staromestske namesti. Main Railway station: Metro line "B" go to the station Namesti Republiky exit Revolucni. Apartments are conveniently located on the line "A, B " of Underground (metro) and Tram 17, 18.

from 20 to 11 days before arrival: 50% fee
from 10 to 5 days before arrival: 75% fee
from 4 to 0 days before arrival: 100% fee
the rest of amount 80% must be paid first week after date of arrival.

NEW YEAR - Cancelation policy:
14 days before date of arrival - free of charge
Less than 14 days ..... 100 % from whole stay amount
Deposit 50 % of whole stay amount to be transferred to our bank account in CZK or EUR
