    Well serviced and very clean. This was quiet and VERY convenient for Charles Bridge and the sights. Helpful staff who were always available - we were very impressed!
    Breakfast vouchers for local cafe worked well.
    Only negative: no apparent fire escape from top floor!

    The service from Athos travel was extremely professional. The accomodation was lovely, contemporary and in a great location. I would definately stay there again, next time I am in Prague.

    Positives

    • very central and friendly staff and although there was no dining facilities the restaurant used for breakfast was very nice and close by.

    Negatives

    • there was no mirror in the bedroom so you could only see yourself in the bathroom in the small mirror and only one person could get ready at a time.
    • also a lot of stairs involved in getting to and from your room which is not suitable for certain people and it should be made clear when booking.

    We were doing the half marathon and the location was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift, which was awkward for transporting suitcases, and painful after you've just done a half-marathon! There's no lounge or reception in the building, you have to go up the street to a cafe for breakfast, so it would have been useful to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague. Charles Bridge residence is in an excellant location and the room and ensuite was large and spacious . The bed was very comfortable, much appreciated after a long days walk around the beautiful old town. The only thing I would have liked would have been tea making facilities for a cup of tea first thing in the morning before we had to get ready to go to the restaurant for breakfast (which was also excellant) We would like to return to Prague sometime in the future and would stay at The Charles Bridge Residence again.

    Excellent location- don't think you could find better.
    Clean and comfortable.
    Extremely helpful and friendly staff at the 'check in'.

    non ho per nulla apprezzato la mancata accettazione dell'american express per il pagamento, visto che gl estremi mi erano stati richiesti a garanzia in fase di prenotazione.
    mi è stato detto che era un frainteso.
    E se non avessi pagato cash, come facevate?

    We had a lovely time in Prague and appreciate the services Athos provided us. We had a driver meet us at the airport to take us to our hotel in Prague (also for our return to the airport). We stayed at the Charles Bridge Residence which was in a prime location. We reserved using A-Prague and everything went through without a glitch. Thanks for your wonderful, easy, and efficient services! I will recommend Athos to my friends!

    We had a pleasent stay and the hotel was just perfect for us.

    I am very satisfied with both Athos Travel and the service at the Charles Bridge Residence and I must say, it is the best Continental breakfast I ever had at The Square.

    Next time I visit Prague, u can be sure, that I will book through Athos, and hopefully there are rooms available at The Charles Bridge.
