There are two apartments, both with very nice and light rooms.
Each apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall with dining table, a living room (sleeping possibility for one person) and one double bedroom. Another small room usable as an extra bedroom is situated behind the kitchen. There is a fully equipped bath and a separate toilet. Fully fitted kitchen features electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, cuttlery, table ware, glasses etc. A telephone for incoming calls is also available.
There is a bar downstairs the building.

On the plus side, the apartment was fairly big, close to many things and was a good value considering the bonus mini-bedroom. On the negative side, its location is somewhat industrial rather than quaint residential and if you are a light sleeper without earplugs, you will not sleep well - the apartment seems to collect noise from the street and hallway. A washing machine without a dryer or clothesline is somewhat useless in my opinion. There was no TV despite what the ad says, not that it bothered me.
